Honey from a linden has the whole number, bringing to a human body incomparable advantage of enzymes, including, such as: peroxidases, catalases and lipases.

Lime flowers smell so good and contain so much pollen that from one adult tree you can get at least 15 kilograms of pure honey in one flowering period, provided the bee hives are in close proximity.

Lime honey in medicine and cosmetology

Lime honey contributes to a significant increase in immunity, due to which the body is reliably protected from all kinds of colds and inflammatory diseases. Lime, brewed in the form of tea, is an excellent way to reduce temperature, and lime honey is also irreplaceable at high temperatures. In addition, the beneficial properties of honey from the lime are also added to its ability to affect the secretion of sweat, which is directly related to the process of curing the body against colds.

Lime honey helps people suffering from insomnia, colds, bronchitis and vitamin deficiency.

In order for honey to retain all its useful properties, it must be stored at room temperature and consumed with warm tea and milk. In the refrigerator, honey should not be stored for storage, as it will gradually lose all its benefits, just as you should not use honey with hot drinks – tea, wine.

In addition to the fact that honey is used in medicine, it has been widely used in cosmetology, using honey to apply masks to the skin. Honey masks contribute to the reduction of inflammatory processes, serve as an excellent tool for cleansing the skin and healing the wounds, specimens and pustules on it.

Lime honey should be regularly consumed in at least a small number of people suffering from overwork and an excess of stressful situations at home and at work. Honey acts on the body as a pill of joy, adding strength and energy, even to those who feel deadly fatigue. Honey removes the accumulation of the day’s irritation, normalizes sleep, makes it healthy and pleasant, therefore at night it is recommended to eat at least 1 teaspoon of honey.

Choose the right honey

Quality honey is not at all easy to find, but it is possible, if you prefer not to look fresh and pleasant, but to candied almost hard honey, which is rarely found in the store. It is important to remember that liquid honey is only for several weeks after collection, that is, in May and June, you can buy tasty and useful lime honey in liquid form, but closer to August-September, lime honey is candied, which is okay, because neither taste, or quality, he does not lose.

Seeing on the counter in November, liquid honey with a linden tablet, it is worth to pass by, most likely this is an artificial product, in which, of course, there is nothing useful. It can also be melted honey, in which, unfortunately, neither taste nor value for health has been preserved. The melted honey does not have those useful properties, which is possessed by the candied, therefore to buy it precisely does not follow. If the purchased honey is not heated and almost does not smell, it is most likely not made from pollen and nectar, but from candied syrup, which is specially placed in containers around hives, when there is not enough flowers in the fields.

So, lime honey is extremely useful for a person, but it should be chosen not by appearance, but by smell and taste, there is nothing wrong with candied honey, which only speaks about its quality.
